Good question. Well, we like craft, applied and fine art. The good stuff. Products well made by an actual person. We try to find makers, learn a little about their business and buy directly from them. We don’t mind where they live, just so long as they design the product themselves and ideally make it themselves too. If you look at the ‘who do you stock’ section you’ll see we have quite well know artists/makers and those just starting to market their own products.
