After studying at Newcastle and then Birmingham; roots were planted in the Jewellery Quarter, where Marmalade began and grew for 9 years. In February 2007, after some soul searching, we decided to move out of Birmingham and search for new premises. We eventually found an old converted farm on the outskirts of Reading. It’s delightful; it isn’t a slick office or anything grand, but it is teeming with character and ramshackle charm. We moved straight in, so now we are amongst the countryside surrounded by pheasants, bunnies and the occasional deer and inspiration took over right away. New ranges had to be created! We’re glad to stock some of them here at the Doghouse Gallery.
